Retrofit and remodeling of an existing multi-use building located at stop 22, Santurce Urban Center. Commercial, office, residential and parking facilities are expanded and improved to bring the building to competitive standards. Formerly used as subsidized, small living units, the residential floors are totally re-designed to incorporate 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that blend into the urban context. The building is topped with penthouse office and residential angled roof planes.
